By using Bloomstreak you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain. Bloomstreak is made by PLAYRIOT.

What Bloomstreak is — and isn't

Bloomstreak is a self-improvement and habit-challenge tracking tool. It is not medical, health, fitness, or nutrition advice, and it isn't a substitute for a professional. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, diet, or wellness challenge — especially if you have a health condition. You're responsible for the tasks you set and how you pursue them.

The honest reset is intentional

Your content

Your challenges, check-ins, and progress photos are yours and stay on your device. You grant Bloomstreak only the permission needed to run the app on your behalf — for example, sharing your squad progress through Apple's CloudKit. When you're in a squad, the first name, daily progress, last-active time, and any avatar photo you add are visible to other members of that squad — that is, anyone who has the squad's join code (see the Privacy Policy). Don't share content you don't have the right to share.

Squads & conduct

Squads are invite-only groups you join with a shared code. You choose a first name and an optional photo to show your squad, and you're responsible for the content you share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — no harassment, hate, nudity, or content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to share.

You can report or block & remove any squad member from within the app (the menu on each member's row). Blocking hides that member from you permanently. Reports reach us at [email protected] and we act on them — typically within 24 hours — including removing offending content and barring abusive users. You can also leave a squad at any time.

Purchases & subscriptions

• Solo tracking is free. Bloomstreak Pro is an optional purchase sold through the Apple App Store.
• Lifetime ($49.99) is a one-time purchase. Yearly ($29.99) auto-renews through your Apple ID until you cancel.
• Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
• We will not convert existing lifetime buyers to a subscription. Ever.

No warranty

Bloomstreak is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLAYRIOT isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple's role

You download Bloomstreak through Apple's App Store. These terms are between you and PLAYRIOT, not Apple — Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or maintenance for Bloomstreak. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. PLAYRIOT — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and intellectual-property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on a U.S. government prohibited-parties list.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
